ZIKR Triptych is a set of three modern calligraphy paintings by Sana, each built around a flowing Arabic phrase of remembrance: Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah and Allahu Akbar. The black script sits at the centre of each canvas, written in a smooth, stylised hand that feels calm and balanced.
Behind the lettering, the backgrounds swirl with abstract marbling in blue, gold and white. The marbled texture gives the set a luxurious, moving quality, so the traditional calligraphy and the contemporary abstract background play off each other. Hung together, the three panels read as one peaceful set, ideal for a living room or prayer space.
