Here is everything you need to know about getting your order from our studio in Manor Lakes, Victoria, to you.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Australia only. If you are overseas and interested in a kit or custom calligraphy, message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can do.
Delivery options and costs

| Free pickup | Free | Collect from Manor Lakes, VIC (Melbourne’s west). After you order, we will message you to arrange a convenient time. The pickup address is shared privately once your order is confirmed. |
| Digital downloads | Free | Delivered instantly by email and available in your account after payment. |
Large, framed or original artwork and bulk orders may need a custom delivery quote. We will always confirm this with you before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
- Art kits: usually packed and sent within 2–5 business days.
- Custom orders and commissions: timeframe agreed with you before we start.
- Delivery: usually 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas can take longer.
These are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather or public holidays are outside our control, but we will always help you track down a late parcel.
Tracking
When your order is sent, you will receive an email with tracking details where available.
Wrong address or missing parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you and you may need to pay for it to be sent again. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us so we can help.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
