Welcome to Creative Flair by Sana. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of creativeflairbysana.com (the “Website”) and to any purchase you make from us. Creative Flair by Sana (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a small Australian business run by artist Sana from Manor Lakes, Victoria (ABN available on request). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Website
- You may use the Website, our articles and our free colour tools for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You must not misuse the Website, including by attempting to hack it, copying content in bulk, scraping it or using it for anything unlawful.
- We may update, change or remove any part of the Website at any time.
2. Intellectual property
All artwork, calligraphy designs, photographs, articles, tool designs and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to Creative Flair by Sana and are protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages and pin our images on Pinterest with a link back to our Website. You may not reproduce, sell or redistribute our artwork, designs, kit templates or articles without our written permission.
3. Products and pricing
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices.
- We try to show products as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Kit contents and paint colours may vary slightly depending on stock, and if a change is significant we will tell you before sending your order.
- Original paintings are one-of-a-kind. Items marked “Sold” are shown as part of our portfolio and are not available to buy.
- We may correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
- We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud). If we do, we will refund any payment in full.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, such as PayPal and Stripe. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery and pickup
Delivery options, costs and timeframes are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered or collected.
6. Returns, refunds and your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for how returns, refunds and faulty items are handled. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Custom orders and commissions
For custom calligraphy, commissions or bulk kit orders, we will agree the design, price, deposit (if any) and timeframe with you in writing (by email or WhatsApp) before we begin. Because custom pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned for change of mind.
8. Art kits and safety
- Our art kits are designed for adults and for children with adult supervision. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.
- Use paints in a well-ventilated area, keep them away from eyes and mouth, wash hands after use, and follow any instructions on the product labels.
- Protect your clothes and surfaces, as acrylic paint can be permanent once dry.
9. Articles, tools and information
Our articles and free colour tools are for general information and inspiration only. Colour results from our tools are approximate, and real paint can mix differently depending on brand and pigment. Please read our Disclaimer.
10. Affiliate links and advertising
Some pages contain affiliate links and advertising. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Purchases you make from third-party retailers are governed by their terms, not ours. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
11. Links to other websites
We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of websites we link to.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price you paid.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website at the time you place an order applies to that order.
